The gyms are now only open to people who are fully vaccinated.
 
Few tips to prevent injury for those who plan a return to gym.
⏩ At least 48 hours between sessions
⏩ Drop the weights to 50% and increase by a set percentage each week
⏩ Gauge the number of reps by intensity level, rather than numbers
⏩ Sleep and eat well
